FMJD: Sobre los ataques al Partido Comunista de Bohemia y Moravia (PCBM).
Castellano >> Inglés // La Federación Mundial de la Juventud Democrática (FMJD) advierte de la intensificación de los actos anticomunistas perpetrados y dirigidos, en su mayor parte, directamente contra el Partido Comunista de Bohemia y Moravia (PCBM).
Estos hechos salieron a la luz durante la audiencia parlamentaria del proyecto de ley conocido como “resistencia anticomunista", referida a la resistencia violenta contra el sistema socialista en Checoslovaquia durante los años 1948 - 1989, y que posteriormente se materializó con la represión política y mediática contra los miembros del parlamento del PCBM, Marta Semelova y Miroslav Grebenicek. Inclusive hay amenazas de prohibición del PCBM, y está en marcha una investigación por parte de las autoridades gubernamentales.
El gobierno derechista formado en 2010 ha usado su mayoría parlamentaria para aprobar leyes antisociales a favor de los capitalistas y contra los intereses de la clase trabajadora, lo que incluye a los trabajadores de los estratos medios. Para distraer la atención pública de estas medidas políticas, ha comenzado una campaña anticomunista librada con la participación directa de algunos diputados, senadores, y asociaciones cívicas anticomunistas como la “Confederación de prisioneros políticos”, así como directamente desde el gobierno y, especialmente, el Ministro de Interior.
Se trata de un conjunto de medidas surgidas a partir del debate sobre el mencionado borrador sobre la resistencia anti-socialista que pone a los adversarios del régimen socialista al mismo nivel que a los luchadores antifascistas, además de festejar el terrorismo de quienes asesinaron ciudadanos inocentes, robaron, y causaron daños a la economía nacional. Otra medida debatida por el gobierno, es la reducción de las pensiones de los antiguos funcionarios del Partido Comunista de Checoslovaquia con el fin de obtener financiación para subir las pensiones de los miembros de la resistencia anti-socialista. El último paso hasta ahora ha sido la creación de un equipo especial del Ministerio del Interior para reunir información y documentación con el fin de ser utilizada en los procedimientos legales que se está llevando el Tribunal Supremo Administrativo sobre la disolución-prohibición del PCBM. Este es un intento de prohibir un partido que es parte del sistema político de la República Checa, que cumple la Constitución, la Carta Fundamental de derechos y libertades básicas, y las leyes de la República Checa, y que recibe el apoyo de aproximadamente el 12% de los votantes del país y cuenta con representantes electos legítimamente desde a nivel municipal y regional, hasta a nivel nacional y del parlamento europeo.
En cuanto respecta a la ley de resistencia anti-socialista, está basada en una adoración ideológica del terror anti-comunista, asesinatos y negacion de las víctimas, y las consecuencias de esta violencia y su instigador efecto en relación al presente y al futuro. Los representantes de la resistencia anti-socialista cometieron violentos crímenes contra la ciudadanía y los representantes de un estado soberano reconocido internacionalmente, como es el caso de la banda terrorista de los hermanos Masin, que cometieron asesinatos de funcionarios del consejo nacional, de cooperativas agrarias, miembros de las fuerzas armadas, y el secuestro de medios de transporte con toma de rehenes y robos violentos. El proyecto de ley de la resistencia anti-socialista es parte de una estrategia ideológica de revisionismo histórico intencionado.
Durante la audiencia parlamentaria incluso el derecho de libre opinión y expresión fue denegado cuando los discursos de los diputados del PCBM Marta Semelova y Miroslav Grebenicek fueron groseramente alterados por los diputados derechistas con la intención de hacerles imposible terminar sus discursos, con gritos dirigidos al Ministerio del Interior pidiendo la prohibición del PCBM, e incluso con gritos del consejero municipal de la ciudad capital de Praga a Marta Semelova para renunciar a su mandato en este organo del que fue ganadora en las elecciones con un significativo apoyo de los votantes.
La FMJD denuncia y protesta contra los ataques anticomunistas contra el PCBM y sus representantes, así como contra el proyecto de ley de la llamada “resistencia anti-socialista”, y expresa sus preocupación por el peligro de violaciones de los derechos humanos fundamentales y libertades democráticas en la República Checa.

On the attacks against the CPBM
The World Federation of Democratic Youth observes the intensification of anti-communist acts that are presently in an increased way directed against the Communist Party of Bohemia and Moravia (CPBM). That came to light during the parliamentary hearing about the draft of a law on the so called anti-communist resistance, it means a violent resistance against the socialist system in Czechoslovakia in years 1948 - 1989 and was expressed with the subsequent political and media manhunt against the CPBM members of parliament Marta Semelova and Miroslav Grebenicek. There are even threats of banning the CPBM and government authorities’ investigation is under way.
The right wing government formed in 2010 has used its parliamentary majority to pass anti-social laws in favor of the capitalists against the interests of the working people, including even middle strata employees. To detract attention from these anti-social policies an anti-communist campaign is being waged with direct engagement of some MPs, senators and anti-communist civic associations as the “Confederation of political prisoners”, as well as directly the government and especially the Ministry of Interior.
It is a set of measures starting with the debate on the mentioned draft on the anti-socialist resistance that puts the adversaries of the socialist regime on the same level with the anti-fascist fighters, that celebrates the terrorists who murdered innocent citizens, robbed and caused damage to the national economy. Another step debated by the government is the lowering of the pensions of the former functionaries of the Communist Party of Czechoslovakia in order to gain finance to increase the pensions of the anti-socialist resistance members. The last step so far has been a creation of a special team of the Ministry of Interior to collect source materials to be used for the legal proceedings of the Supreme Administrative Court on the dissolution - ban of the CPBM. This is an attempt to ban a party that is a part of the political system of the Czech Republic, that observes the Constitution, the Charter of fundamental rights and basic freedoms and the laws of the Czech Republic and that receives support of approximately 12% of the voters with orderly elected representatives from municipal and regional to national and European parliamentary level.
As far as the anti-socialist resistance law is considered, it is based on ideological adoration of anti-communist terror, murders and neglecting of the victims and consequences of this violence and has an inciter effect in relation to present and future. The representatives of the anti-socialist resistance committed violent crimes against citizens and representatives of a sovereign internationally recognized state like it was the case of a terrorist Masin brothers gang who committed murders of the functionaries of the national councils, agricultural co-operatives, members of armed corpses and hijacked means of transport taking hostages and violent robberies. The anti-socialist resistance draft of law is a part of ideologically purposeful historical revisionism.
During the parliamentary hearing even the right to free opinion and expression was denied when the speeches of MPs of the CPBM Marta Semelova and Miroslav Grebenicek were rudely disturbed by the right-wing MPs with effort to make them impossible to finish their speeches, with calls addressing the Minister of Interior to prepare the ban of the CPBM and even with calls of the Municipal council of the capital city of Prague to Marta Semelova to resign from her mandate in this body which she won in elections with a significant voters’ support.
WFDY denounces and protests against the anti-communist attacks against the CPBM and its representatives, as well as against the so called anti-socialist resistance draft of law and express its concern with the endangering of fundamental human rights and democratic freedoms in the Czech Republic.
